Welcome to Mooziac. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Mooziac application (the "App") or visiting our website (mooziac.threeten.site), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App and website.

1. Open Source License (MIT)

Mooziac is open-source software provided under the terms of the MIT License:

  • You are granted permission, free of charge, to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software in accordance with the MIT License terms.

2. Third-Party Services & Disclaimer

  • Non-Affiliation: Mooziac is an independent third-party client engineered by ThreeTen. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized, or sponsored by Google LLC, YouTube, YouTube Music, Discord Inc., or Apple Inc.
  • YouTube Music Streaming: Streaming content accessed via Mooziac connects to YouTube's web services and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Mooziac does not host, redistribute, or pirate media content.
  • Trademarks: YouTube, YouTube Music, Apple, macOS, and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Privacy & Local Data Ownership

Mooziac operates with a strictly local-first architecture. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect telemetry, track usage, or operate cloud storage servers for your audio or playlists. You maintain full ownership and responsibility for files and configurations saved on your local device.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mooziac solely for personal, non-commercial media playback in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mooziac is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future third-party web changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the authors, contributors, or copyright holders of Mooziac be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, or system interruption) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Mooziac following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
